I literally started this monday, following the JP90 almost exactly, but with a little less jelqing.
Is it normal to start releasing fluids during the stretches and while jelqing? Or am I pulling too hard. I'm definitely not doing it at full erection, maybe 50-70%.
I was a little tender and didn't have the day long flaccid hang after day three like I did after the first two sessions, so I took a day of rest.
It's said but I can't really helicopter; I just kinda slap it back and forth
Is it all mental? I'm definitely not running through porn during or after session or ever in general (though I slipped for the first time in nearly a year about two weeks ago...fixed the filter...)
