1. Where do i start?
2. Is the gains permanent?
3. What happens if i quit for a long time will I become erectile dysfunctional?

Hey Bisha!
Welcome to the Gym.
If you haven’t already done so, it would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to continue with a beginners routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine. Once you have made gains you can stop but you will need to do some maintainence work to keep most of your gains. Otherwise, some or most of the gains could be lost. Depends on the individual.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

bisha You do have to do some reading up at the top of this page you will see the START HERE on the left hand side. Everything you have asked about is there with links. PE is not something that you should jump into with out doing you homework first. Read up and remember the main goal hear to to have a healthy penis.

Welcome to the gym!
Begin by going to the START HERE! link at the upper left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. Choose a beginner routine such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) and follow it through for the 90 to condition your penis.
Your gains can be permanent if you take the time to cement them and/or continue on with an occasional maintenance routine. If you abruptly stop you will likely loose some gains but not all of them.
Stopping PE exercises will not ant kind of erectile dysfunction.
If you are looking for information on how to do the various exercises in the routines then these links will help you out.
