    Hey all,

    This is my first post, but I am currently a week into the 3-month program and was wondering what are the signs of a good work out? Other than reps, what do you guys look/feel like after a session? Obviously not pain, nor am I experiencing any, but I want to make sure that I am doing it correctly.

    Current routine: 2 days on 1 day (only did 3 sessions last week since it was my first) of:

    warm-up: 10-15 mins
    stretch: 15-20 mins
    wet jelq: 35-50 reps
    v-jelq: 20 reps
    wet jelq again: 20-30 reps
    warm-down: 5-10 mins

    I'm doing that routine based on what I have read throughout the forums. Any tips/advice is appreciated

    Starting off light in the beginning you may not feel anything at first. As you increase the intensity and reps over time you may start to feel a light sore worked feeling. It's kind of like after you have given a muscle group in your body a good work out.
