  • Trying to get back into PE, but struggling to try and get back into it

    SO I use to do dick exercises got some good length size from it, but stopped as was struggling to keep up with time, went back to it at times, but never really could keep up with it, especially as now having a girlfriend & exercising in the morning, so I am trying to figure out how I can get back into the routine, not helping that I am going through a porno addiction as well which I feel would affect my progression negatively, as trying to work on that with nofap to try and kick out of my porn habit, though only doing PM level, as still wanting to have sex with my girlfriend & I haven't really figured out how to have sex with out ejaculating, but to still get a orgasim. Was thinking of doing The Least Work/Max Gain Routine - 1 to 6 Months from from The Penis Exercise Hard Cover to get back into the start of it, as well not taking up too much time till I can get better at working on doing it more.

      Having sex, reaching orgasm but not ejaculating! That is a Tantric sex technique, it takes a while to learn. Good luck with that. Finding the time requires a routine, and sticking to it.

        As someone who's married, has kids, works full time, and spends a good hour+ in the gym 5 out of 7 days a week, plus coach junior sports and volunteer in the community, I'm able to do PE three (3) times a day consistently.

        i get up at 5:30am and hit the shower - I Jelq in the shower for 200-300 jelq's. I don't spend 3-5 seconds on my jelq's mind you. I start work at 7:30am (oh and I have an hour commute to/from work) and hit the gym at noon. After the gym in the shower (we have private stalls), I Jelq another 200-300 and then back to work. I end at 4ish, drive home, then make dinner for the family, then kids sports (kids play rep level sports so every day is sports), then home to hang for an hour (daddy's private unwinding time), then kids to bed, bit of TV, sex with the wife, and sleep at 10/11pm).

        Honestly if I can do PE with my schedule (oh and did I mention I'm pushing 50 now so I don't have the energy I used to), then anyone can. Just need to problem solve and come up with ideas on how/where to fit it in...

        I'm also thinking about going back to school (still managing all the above) to get my Masters degree... I'd still get my PE in, but might have to cut back on one jelqing session or I might only get 4-5 hours of hang time in... I'll cross that bridge when I come to it...

        My solution is look at where you spend your time and see if you can do things differently, maybe get up earlier, etc. Look at ways to fit it in wherever you can...

        09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
        09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

        Realistic Goals:
        BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

            Yeah do you know where I can learn it, I.e Book or site?

              You are right, I need to work on planning it better and use my time wisely when I am not.
