After years of speculation I have finally registered for an account. A few weeks ago I made the decision to finally start after seeing so many success stories. At about 5.5 BPEL and 4.35 MSEG I had a feeling that any gains at all were welcomed. After 2 weeks of doing my best to push myself to the limit I am already seeing incredible EQ gains and even got my MSEG up to 4.5! I couldn’t believe it until I measured, it felt a bit thicker but that was a great feeling. So now I know I have to keep going. Small goals lead to big ones is what I’ve gathered from these forums and right now my small goal is 6 BPEL and 4.75 MSEG. The dream is 7x5.5. Just gotta take it one day at a time.

Keep up your routine and be consistent, some people gain fast newbie gains, some don't.
