Hello, I've doing something akin to JP90 and is feeling and going pretty well.
My question is: Have anyone tried tugging your penis after Jelq? Grabbing it with you whole hand and pulling it around in circles?
I experimented doing it once and it feels like loosening something rusty deep inside, close to my pc muscles. Experiences are appreciated and if it is not safe I would be glad to receive some warnings. Thanks.

My current routine:

15 min warmup with ricesock
Stretches (left,right,front,up - 25 kegels)
Jelq (10 min)
Tug (Until it stops giving the loosening feeling, often 20-30s)
V-Jelq (9min)
Tug (Until it stops giving the loosening feeling, often 5-10s)
Relax (Just massaging all around for a minute or so)
10 min warmdown with ricesock
