    I started pegym about 50 days ago

    My Workout

    8-10 warm up
    Helicopter turns in both directions 20 seconds each
    Stretching in circular motion 10 in each directions

    30 seconds of penis stretching down, down left, down right. middle,middle left,middle right. Up, up left up right while doing 10 kegles in each direction.

    A second time but no kegles thats a total of 4 minutes 30 seconds if i dont get hard while doing it

    Then I do ball stretches for about 100 seconds because my sack doesn't hang and I read lightly stretching could help

    After that I do regular jelquing 55 reps and then 55 reps again 2-3 seconds each rep

    Then I do v jelqs 35 and then 35

    Lastly 5-6 minutes warm down

    i take like 10-30 second rests in between each exercise depending on how hard or tired my penis is

    I do 5 days on 2 days off it take about 45 minutes to do this each day. I already feel like I've gotten some gains but i wanted to know if this was OK. Definitely harder erections and a thicker penis overall so far. Also there is a bit of an increase in my flaccid length. This could all be a placebo because I'm also doing nofap 40 days into it. I need help how long should i wait to get an inch or 3 lol.
