  • What should I do if as a beginner, I want to focus more on girth?

    So I just measured my dick and I need girth gains badly. I was thinking of doing the JP 90 day beginner routine, but I'm now heistant because of my girth measurements. Would you recommend I still follow through and do the routine or should I incorporate other exercises if I want to focus more on girth? Any advice would be helpful for a complete beginner such as myself!

    One of the biggest and best things you can do is read... lots and lots of reading so you can make a informed decision.
    And yes jp90 first.

      Hey man,

      If you don't mind asking what are your girth measurements glands to base?
      Some of us are also small on here and are working on it too!

      Again, if you are new to PE, ALWAYS do a beginner routine, it can be any but personally I'd recommend the JP90 Beginner Routine. The aim of this is to CONDITION your penis. I say this because you have one dick buddy, you don't want to permanently injure this (Yes, I am scaring you) So you have to take it nice and slowly throughout the 90 days to condition your penis and prepare it for the advanced exercises which can come after this.

      Generically, JP90 does bring gains for lots of people, for some it doesn't, but everyone is different.
      Please take it slowly and easy! Always ask the forum if you have any questions. I'd advise to do the stretching and jelqing and always make sure you warmup and warm down. Personally, after being 2months in, I think you can invest in a bathmate and also start off slow on that which will help with girth gains in addition to your routine but its always best to finish your JP90 Routine and LISTEN to your body.

        Hey man, I appreciate the advice. I only took one girth measurement which was mid shaft, so my MSEG is 4.65 inches. I also maximized my EQ during this measurement, as I was watching porn and fucking a fleshlight while edging. I just did that so I could get the most accurate read on what my future gains would be, without attributing them to EQ.

          Bathmate worked great for me but I was conditioned from Jelqing. V jelgs are good too and Horse squeeze but not so much for a biginner. Bathmate has made me fat and full but it took time. Good luck.

            Hi man i do sometimes that routine. Maybe you have to try half.

            Warming up 10 min.
            10 slowly jelqs-5 second
            30 fast jelqs
            10 slowly revers grip jelqs
            30 fast revers grip jelqs
            20 Ulis 50 second each
            10 squeeze 30 session each
            10 horse squeeze 30 second each
            2 x 10 min clamping session.
            Warming down 10 min.
            31.03.2018 Current BPEL: 6.60'' / 16.9 cm; EG: 5.9'' / 15 cm; FL: 4.7'' / 12 cm; FG: 5.1'' / 13 cm

              Yupp i been reading all over the forum for a whole month and im finally feel like i can comfortably start the jp90 program with the info i know
