Thread: slight discoloration question

Hey guys, I've been doing PE for around 1-2 months now.
Pumped with my airpump today, not very long, didn't seem very intense either.
Ended up with a discoloration (black / blue mark) on the top of my shaft. about a centimeter only.
Question: Should I just rest and cease all PE for 1-2 days to let myself heal etc? I just feel like stopping entirely will be detrimental because I've been primarily focused on my stretching and I feel like going a full 1-2 days without stretching at all will result in losses.
Opinions wise veterans?

I was considering continuing the stretching, and stopping any pumping / jelqing related movements until it heals.
I just have a feeling that stretching daily is especially useful, I want to "keep loose" although it could just be my own thoughts clouding my judgement.

2 days of stopping is not going to undo 1-2 months of work. I’m no vet, but the beginner routine has you do 5 days of exercise and 2 days of rest. So if 2 days was going to ruin gains then it would make that routine irrelevant. Take the break. If you want to do a few general loosen up stretches throughout the day though to maintain that looseness then I don’t see why that would be a problem.
Still though, any long term PE’rs input would be welcome. I too have a slight discoloration 2 weeks into my routine but I’m not very worried about it. It’s very small and I’ll keep an eye on it.
