Iíve reached the end of the second week of JP90 and on my 4th day of week 2 I did a higher intensity Jelq than normal and I noticed I have several red dots about the size of this period > . or a tad bigger at the top of the head of my penis scattered about. Probably a little more than 10 in total. Iím also a little bit more sore in the shaft than normal. Nothing too crazy, no pain, but decided to take a day extra for a total of 3 recovery days. I would start again on Monday but Iím wondering if I should wait until the red dots are gone before I resume exercises? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for anyone who takes the time.
