******I Use the Bib Hanger
Hang for a total of 1 hour an 40 mins a day.
5 lbs with 2 sets of 40 mins. 6 lbs with a set of 20 mins.
**** I do all my hanging sitting down with two pillows behind my back so the hanger is hanging down in front over chair edge with my pants on ankles an legs up on another chair across from me I feel it hits the ligaments better. Use heating pad for 10 mins between 40 minute sets an 5 minutes after my 20 minute set then put on extender to keep penis extended after hanging.
Then use the SizeGenetics Extender during the day or night pointing down to get good stretch for a total of 8 to 10 hours a day.
An the Sta-Hard Vacum pump for a total of an hour a day.
Thats what am doing so far been doing it for 2 or 3 weeks.
