So I've been doing kegels for like a month now and I want to start doing reverse kegels too, what do you think
an appropiate number of kegels per day would be and how much should I hold it?
I have used the app called PFEI for kegels and I got up to doing 3 sessions per day easily, I'm thinking of ditching that app and just count maybe 5 sec squeeze/5 sec pause for both normal kegels and reverse and then maybe just up the time as it gets easier?
Also do you think I should be doing more reverse kegels as I am quite used to the normal ones?
