Im not sure about my loss of tug. At 12 i feel i feel my glands pulled slightly back at 9 the same and at 6 dosnt move at all. But on every of those positions i can feel my pc muscles when i do a kegel.

That means you have a LOT of 6 o' clock. LOT theory is invalid anyways, just focus on an exercise routine.

It's when you feel a loss of your penis pull back from the kegel, not the PC muscle. If you only tried the 12, 9 and 6 position then your LOT is somewhere in between 9 and 6. You need to check the positions between these two to find where your LOT is. Don't get too concerned over the LOT for now.
