Finding enough time in the day has always been my biggest problem with PE. I can never seem to get into a good routine.

I have shunned the Bathmate because all I got was an initial increase for about 12 hours, and some discoloration (no matter how easy I took my sessions).

Now, I am almost done with studies so I'll have plenty more time during the day to commit towards PE, and I was wondering if 150 jelqs 4 times a week is enough to see gains? I will be doing them one handed, as such should I actually increase to 300?
