    I told him it's like when youre pushing your pee out faster, but try not to strain yourself and relax, breath the entire time from your belly. So he does it and says that it's so awesome it works, he says he can keep going then RK and his urge to cum will just go away. I suffer from some PE and he doesn't, he has a problem of losing his erection all together after awhile. When I do RK's it honestly doesn't do anything at all, sometimes it makes me want to cum even faster which sucks. So I'm not sure if I just need to keep doing my RK's just to balance it out? What's going on here?

    Try doing some stationary bike, they say it works for PreE, don't know if it's true. Also try edging, it trains you to stop ejaculating that fast, edging should be done without porn else it's really hard to hold yourself.

        Ok so, without porn it's pretty easy for me to last long, I actually can lose my erection after awhile because it's super easy for me to distract myself and focus on breathing. Porn is obviously waaaay harder, and sex is porn x100 I have to stop every 5 seconds and I've been practicing for awhile. I always edge for at least 20 minutes min with my fleshlight, sometimes with porn sometimes without. Lately I've been doing without porn and focusing on my RK's. Through out the day I like to do at least 50 1-2 second RK's.

            Thanks Yeah I continued to do my routine but after awhile it got so hard to find time to do them that I stopped (also the no changes at all made me stop) Now I'm just focused on my 1 big problem, PE. Hopefully I can learn to control this

              I would be doing an actual routine with longer holds . Also hindi squat and the like . This assumes pelvic floor is the issue of course.
