I have been doing the beginner's routine for the last one month, the routine consists of warm up, stretches , dry, wet and v jelqs along with kegels followed by warm down. I am 47 and experiencing bad EQ of late. Morning wood are not very frequent. Sometimes I jelq flaccid as I struggle to maintain an erection during my PE workout. I am weighing the option of taking a dose of tadalafil on alternate days so that I could jelq with some erection. Has anyone tried tadalafil exclusively for PE? Is it a good idea to include it during my PE days?
