From what I figured, positive PI's meant it's okay to train again, while negative PI's indicate rest is needed. So what if you have both? In getting back into my pumping and noticed I gained 1/8" after a week like before, but my glans decreased in size. I go 1on/1off and I seem to recover well. I always have positive PI's even on my rest days. Does one work until they have negative PI's and then rest until they begin getting positive?
