    Hello everyone. I have been doing the JP90 routine for three weeks successfully. Thanks to everyone who has involved in this, my penis feels better and healthier already than before.

    Anyway, the only problem i have is my skin along the shaft is too tight. I am worried if the skin could keep up with my gains. Would Jelqing or strecthing exercises develop me more shaft skin along with gains in lenght and girth? Or do I need to put in different exercises for skin development only? Recently discovered little tears just under the glans while edging and got me worried.

    You could incorporate some skin tugging into your routine. Basically, grip the skin right under the head with one hand, at the base with the other and pull taught.
    BPEL - 7.4"

      Maybe use some sort of lotion or aloe to loosen up the skin?

        Welcome to the Gym

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

        I agree with Incogneetoe in that you should massage your dick with skin cream after your workouts and before you go to bed.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
