I'm a week and two days into the JP90 and I was wondering if the veterans could tell me what the highest gains they've observed from completing the 90 days in their entirety. I'm doing this mainly to straighten a curve but I'd be more than happy to add size as well. I'm curious about the "newbie gains" people gave gotten from doing this faithfully for the full 90 days, just to get a ballpark of what I might expect to see happen.
