I've been doing JP90 routine recently and normally havent really been having too much sex. Just wondering if it will hinder my erections or wear out my dick for tonight.... Or perhaps it does the opposite and has benefits?

To be safe I wouldn't do it less than 4h prior to it. Even safer.... rest day! Can't go wrong that way.
