Hello, I am new to PE- I have been aware of it for a while, but never felt a need or desire to.

I have decided to start- for myself- my GF is fine with it, and I have never had any complaints or issues- I want to do it for myself.

Anywho, I am BP- 7.1' and NBP 6.5 in length, and my girth is 5.1 inches.

I would like to achieve close to 7 NBP and a girth of 5.5-6 inches....


I was planning on doing Jelqing- in the shower as the warm water will help.

Anyways- feedback would be appreciated- this is what I have set for a program:

Month 1
Jelq 4x a week for 10 minute sessions (all jelqing will be done in the shower)

Month 2
Jelq 5x a week for 10 minute sessions (all jelqing will be done in the shower)

Method: standard jelq- I am focusing mostly on girth because my length is decent- Some length would be nice- so my particular question is will the downward jelq work for girth gains as well... I know it helps with length..l
