  • Is this routine good enough to achieve gains?

What I'm doing right now (after a bit of switching up) if use bathmate for 10 minutes at like 30-40%, then rest for a couple of minutes then go for 5 minutes at around 70%, then do 100 jelqs

Do this 2 days then have a day to rest

Think I should be good? I'm still new to PE but after reading the 90 day beginner routine and mixing it up with the bathmate this is what I've come up with

So you do this for 2 days, then have a rest day, then rinse and repeat?

What are your goals? Length? Girth? both?

For length you need to incorporate stretches like in the JP90 routine. Your current routine is more structured around girth. Also, since your routine is on the lighter side, go 5 days on and 2 off.

I'm more wanting length I'm fine with my girth, the JP90 post is so long I swear I've got some mental impairment all the words just blur together and I lose focus reading it, all I know is when it mentions 'V jelqs' I can't do those due to the way my hands are shaped because of arthritis

I'm effectively doing 5 days on 2 days off right now it's just 2 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off etc but it still works out the same on a weekly basis but not sure if when the rest days are taken matters at all
