So I'm pretty sure I'm a grower or at least someone who turtles regularly. I'm starting week 7 of the JP90 and I'm curious if I should be doing something to reduce turtling so when the healing of the micro tears occurs it will heal in an elongated state. Right now for the post workout heat I have a rice sock pressed on my member in such a way as to hold it extended to a decent length, sort of the principle of wanting it to "set" right. Should I look at sleeping with a Stealth for Men on workout days or something? Does recovery position matter at all in terms of gains? I want to do this right.
