So i left a year ago did really aggressive excersises and wound up with a floppy dick,i left thinking this place was fake,but im realizing my problems were more self inflicted,ieorn and overtraining,well im back and i would like to know any advice you guys have to get back in a routine and how to do things safely this time around.

We are glad you are back. You would be wise to start with a beginner program. If you go to START HERE, you can find programs there. Many may suggest JP90's program however this will solely depend on you.
