    Hey guys new guy here so please bear with me. I have a question concerning PE improvement rates. Im currently around 16 cm in length and between 11 and 12 cm in girth around the middle of my penis. Usually i wouldnt care about penis size, but this girl im talking to and I really like her so I want to make sure she is happy, she deserves it. She is going to be gone for 3 months. Is it possible to increase girth to around 14 cm by the time she returns?

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    2 cm is probably not achievable in a three month time frame. If you are lucky, .5 would be more realistic and even that depend on how much work you are willing to put in.


    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Perfect will do. Whatever improvement is great. I just dont want to disappoint her since 11-12 cm is kind of thin. Anw .5 cm is great tbh because 12 - 12.5 is said to be the normie ( non PE ) people average ( good enough to fill a standard condom right now its just a bit loose, especially around the head) and ofcourse ill keep working out and progressing. So yea can you give me the run down on some exercises ? Like the kelg (?) and some of the language used here and acronyms? ( like the ones ill encounter doing the JP) also does jelqing increase dick head ?

        I'm sure she won't be disappointed either way. Don't sweat it too bad or else you will run in to performance anxiety and basically create your own problems. Keep the connection strong between you two and the rest is easy.

        To work on girth you first need to get conditioned and that takes about 3 months. Don't rush it and read up on the PI's in the START HERE! section mentioned above.
