  • Need a little help

So i've been doing PE for about almost a year, inconsistently (which I attribute to my lack of any gains). I believe this has caused me to have a pretty high tolerance for most exercises, so finding a good routine has been kind of rough. Here's what I've been thinking about doing.

    Warm Up
Streches in all directions, 40 seconds each
    JAI Strech
    Rotating Strech

    Uli #3

    Warm Down

I'm looking for some exercises that would be good to add to this. Before this I was doing JP90 (80 jelqs, 60 v-jelqs, Uli (about 40 seconds worth) x3)
So far I've had no negative PI, morning wood has been consistent, but I still feel like i'm doing too little.

Heat is the key. You're also not going to get much from stretching for 40sec.

Optimal temp for lengthening fibrous tissues is 104-113 F. Keep that temp for a few minutes and stretch while the tissues are cooling to body temp. I stretch for 3-4 minutes per direction (but not in as many directions) with moderate tension. High tension and short duration tends to thicken the tissues rather than lengthening.

      12Sep18: 7.5x5.375 (haven't had time for ULIs)

      Goal: 7.5-8 x 5.5-6. Almost there!

      Heat makes all the difference.

So should I focus on duration rather than multiple different stretches? For example, a stretch in all directions for a few minutes each rather than multiple different ones for like 30 seconds?

Yes. And if you want the best results, figure out what directions are the best bang for your buck. Straight down or BTC seems to work for most. Couple that with two or three others, and you should see something happening.

          And don't forget the HEAT!

Awesome, I appreciate the help. Do you think that just uli's are enough or should i do an additional jelqing exercise?

Include the jelqs before the ulis.

Ok, so the final routine is looking like

                  Warm Up
Streches in all directions, 3-4 minutes each

                  Ultimate Jelq x40-50
                  (V-Jelq?) 40-50
                  3 - sets?
Uli #3 (starting at 5 minutes)

                  Warm Down

Do you think that looks ok?

I don't do that many jelqs, personally, but if you're conditioned for it, go for it. If not, build up to it.

Are you saying you're gonna do ulis at 5min each?

No, just 30 seconds each up to 5 minute, eventually getting to 10 minutes
