I'm about to reach a month and have a few questions regarding the routine. I've been doing everything correctly such as warming up, stretching, proper grip, etc but am wondering if I can acheive the maximun amount of gains for both girth and length at the same amount of time. I've seen somewhere that it's best to focus on length first and then girth, if so should I be safely tugging a bit more during stretches and jelqing to get more out of length gains? Also I try to jelq completely flaccid for easier grip will that increase length gains or make them slower?
