  • JP90 questions

Im starting the jp90 and have some questions:

    - When doing the stretching exercises, i have the problem that when grabbing behind the glans for stretching, sometimes i lose the grip because the glans slides inside the foreskin (prepuce). I tried to grab behind the glans without the foreskin, but it's a little bit rough and i am afraid of injurying myself. Are the any tips to avoid this from happening?

    - For lube i am using johnsons baby oil, is that ok? i havent found a water based oil, only gels, which are not good and dry super fast.

    - Are there any tips to correctly know if i have the right level of erection during jelqing? In my case i think that i either am too hard (if i get aroused, for example, have some picture or porn in the background) or too soft (if i do it and concentrate on something else). If you jelq con 50% or 40% you get no results? I've also read that jelqin on low erection favours length over girth, which is something i would like (at least at this stage).

I've read that some people does not recommend doing thte 25 quick kegels while streching. Can someone explain why and under which circumstances is benefitial to do it and under which it is not?

    Thanks in advance.

Try making your grip about 1 inch below the glans. Your grip will slide forward but you should feel that you are gripping the shaft more than the glans.

Johnsons baby oil is fine. I use mineral oil myself. It's cheap, odorless and cleans up easily.

At 30% your penis should be at the level where it's not hard enough for penetration. At 50% it would be barely hard enough for penetration. 75% would be hard enough to penetrate easily but not fully hard. Jelqing at lower erection levels does favor length over girth.

If you scroll down to the pelvic floor section of the JP90 you will see where it's now recommended that a beginner should not kegel while stretching.

CAUTION- The technique of stretching while kegeling can be harmful for those who don't have the requisite level conditioning to handle it. if you're new to training it would be in your best interests to become proficient in the standard kegel before attempting to stretch against a kegel contraction.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

May i ask what is the 'requisite level of conditioning' to handle the kegeling + strecthing? As far as im concerned, the JP90 is presented as the newbie routine. So under which scenario you should do the kegeling and under which you should not?

      Thanks
