Q: JP’s 90 and Force?

Hi !
Would anyone please try to explain how to know if you’re using enough force in this routine? I believe i have been doing it too hard because i turtle alot after I’m done and find it difficult to have an erection without visual help.

Also, this routine takes way to long (about an hours) for someone who doesn’t live alone. How do you manage in 40-45 mins?
