Hello guys, I'm looking for some feedback on my routine I've been doing for the last couple of weeks.

So fat it's been

2 sets of O-bends
3 sets of tunica tugs (70 seconds)
30 slow wet jelqs
30 slow v jelqs
2x uli

I used to do a really heavy set of like 30 squeezes and 20 ulis but I felt that was way too much (never had any neg PIs though)

Looking for length and girth, but mostly girth. Maybe I should add some streches? Maybe O Bends aren't the best workout for this? Appreciate any advice. Thanks
