after my 2 month Haiutus, I'm finally deciding to get back into it. I'm going to start with an every other day workout, as I'm very worried about my health overall.

-5min hot bath

-10 mins stretches (1 min stretches in all 5 directions plus a minute of circle stretches in between.)

-Become erect / return to flacid

-10 slow jelqs
-10 v jelqs
-10 slow jelqs
-10 v jelqs
-10 slow jelqs

-Become erect / return to flacid

-repeat jelqs (100 total)

-warm down with hot bath.

No longer than 30 minute sessions is my goal

Please let me know if this seems like too little to see any change. Also, I measured my BPSFL today and it's literally an inch less than my BPEL. This worries me a bit, I feel it will take a long time to see any change. Please give me advice.
