When I've had to take a couple of weeks off to a month I have not lost anything. Maybe a bit stiff for a couple is sessions but then straight back to normal.

I don't know if this is comparable to PE, but I find it hard to believe my ligaments would suddenly decide to become steel rods. It's never happened anywhere else in my body.
