    Hello everybody!

    I'm Sandro, 24 from Switzerland (my english isn't perfect, sorry for that)

    I'm very new into PE.
    Since 4 days I do some PE.

    I've read about 4 hours in this forum, but some questions are still there.

    first of all, my size is:

    6.7 BPEL
    4.9 grith

    My longterm goals are:

    8 BPEL
    6 grith

    I don't want to use any device.

    I want to focus more on grith than length. But not only.

    I don't have a full hour of time.. more like 3x20 or 2x30 minutes during the day..

    I started with the JP90 warmup.. but since i feel my body pretty well, i want to do some 90% jelqs and things more "hardcore" than the normal routine..

    The last 4 days, I did the warmup and afterwards lots of jelqs (from 50 to 100 %) and Ulis. Maybe 40 minutes per day. Today I rest.
    once i had the "edema" thing in my foreskin.. some say its overtraining, but I still have positive EQ.

    What do you think about it?
    Is it ok to train more "hardcore" if i watch my body and the EQ stays positive?
    What exercises do you suggest? in general and especially for grith?

      Hey Sandromanua!

      Welcome to the Gym.

      Slowdown Sandro. PE is not a quick fix. Like any new activity, you need to start slowly and build up the intensity over time.


      It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

      Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        You have to do to full 3 months of JP90 to get your penis ready for these other "hardcore" exercises, otherwise you run the risk of injuring yourself.
        What most members do is if they achieve gains from JP90 early on or when they finish all 3 months they continue it for even more months until they see they aren't gaining from basic exercises anymore, then they move onto more complex ones.

            haha you were right. started with eq of about 6. It went up to about 8 or 9. i did lots uf jelqs.. added lots of jelqs and other stuff. up to 1.5h a day. after 3 weeks, my eq decreased to about 5 or 6 and i felt some sort of slight pain in my penis. had to stop for 2 weeks now. I'm going to do it slow and steady now.

            I know i'm a idiot but I had to learn it the "hard" way
            at least i know now what is too much.


            for other beginners: Trust the forum a bit more than I did..
