    I start the warm up, stretch, jelq, warm down, exercise. Literally started today and after research I understand I need to condition my penis prior to getting into deeper routines, but are there any other routines for beginners like myself that I could also try? Also, is the routine above called the jq90? I've seen that mentioned a lot and I'm curious as to what that is.

    Hi and welcome. While conditioning through JP90, browse around here and start determining your goals, available time, and overall motivation. Also research around on various exercises and how to make your own program to align with your goals. Once you're done with JP90, you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running.

    Lots of information here, you just need to know what exactly your goals are and then put the effort in. Happy gaining!

    Thank you! I did the base jelq exercise yesterday and started my jp90 routine! Super excited to possibly experience gains! I'm a little lost at the reverse kegeling part, i do them at the end or during stretches? And which stretches, during the stretches in doing regular kegels?

    It might pay to perform half of your Helicopter Stretches with Kegels, and the other half with Reverse Kegels.

    Thank you! I recently measured a 4.8" bpel which was actually less than I expected, but I have a goal to get to 6" bpel. If I can reach that goal I may set one even higher just to have that "omg penis" for the first time in my life. I'm ready for a long road and very hopeful I will have that moment! I'm starting jp90 and sticking solely to that and once I finish my 90 day routine, if I have small gains I'll research new things and add it into my routine.
