  • Edging and jp90

    Hello im currently conditioning and on 2 on 1 off routine. On off days i dont want to touch only for peeing. So the question is how and when to incorporate edging both for stamina and pe. I tend to get easily injured and cant get decent erecions after streching/jelqing. Also i dont have spare time in the morning becouse im edging for like 30min up to an hour.

    Be caefull not to overtrain which is easy on the jp.

    Given that adding edging may be ill advised for you at this time.

      Manual stretching was also giving me bad EQ.
      Edging for 10-15 mins after jelqing had helped my gain girth.

        Yeah i know that i should not rush into it. But i dont want to quit my edging routines or should i make 1 on jp 1 on edging and then take complete off day? Will it be enough to gain ?
