Trying to figure out what the next logical step in my routine would be. Recently it was

10 minute warm up

10 minute streching (JP90s stretch + side to sides)

Then 300 wet jelqs, (both hands as 1 rep)

then 10 30 second ulis

then warm down

I liked this routine because routines I had before were taking me over an hour, and this was just under. But i'm feeling as if its not intense enough for me at this point. So my question is, are there any higher intense jelq-like exercises? Are squeezes more intense then ulis? Thanks
