    I've searched and can't really find a definitive thread on this subject.

    SInce I began PE (about 2 weeks ago), I've been thrilled about the results. My flaccid hangs bigger and longer, and doesn't turtle unless I'm super cold or working out, and I've already seen some minor gains. However, I'm conflicted. Though these results have been great, I've found that I'm getting less erections overall and am having a harder time keeping them when I get them. Now, I'm semi-newly single and had sex with a new girl last night. Good times, but I had trouble keeping an erection throughout the entire process. This hasn't ever happened to me before. Though I was pretty drunk, I am somewhat concerned about this and think that it might be related to PE. Am I overtraining? I do a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule and I do 10 minutes warmup, 10 minutes stretching (all directions), 200 jelqs, 100 v-jelqs and 50 kegels (5 second holds). Now lately I've been doing ultimate jelqs instead of regular jelqs because it just feels better. I haven't felt any pain whatsoever, and all my PI's seem to be positive except for this erection quality and frequency thing. Should I back off the ultimate jelqs? Or maybe I should back off PE altogether until my erections become more frequent and harder? I'm really excited about PE and have made it a sort of ritual in my life and would not want to stop, but if I'm hurting things more than helping, I suppose I'd have to stop for a while. What do you experienced guys think?

    The other question I've been having and can't find the answer to is this: How do you actually measure erection quality? Are there definitive criteria? I would like to measure and track my erection quality, so any help with this would be appreciated!

    Man I thought this was a good question to ask as I haven't seen an erection quality scale really described very well anywhere.

    Erection quality to me is: A 1isa completely flaccid and a 10 is a hard as steel boner no bending allowed. I would say a 5 is a semi hard one. You get the picture.

    50 kegels (5 second holds), wow! Ease up on those, and warm up and down longer. You'll get more results and less injuries that way.

    Since you are just starting out, relax and stick with a basic beginner routine. Anything more advanced (even if you can handle it) will hinder easy gains in the long run.
