    Hello Everyone,

    So I may be doing a few things that are considered poor practices around here. And as of the past 3 days I've been having negative PI's. 6 days ago I had very very good PI's and saw a small increase in size. Here are the negative PI's...

    1 it's more difficult getting an erection
    2 erections are less hard
    3 flaccid hang is skinnier
    4 balls are smaller
    5 soreness at base of my penis

    Now these are just the past 3 days. I was still able to get hard yesterday for edging after my routine. But here are a few practices that may be bad that I have been doing.

    1 side to sides after routine. I feel like I really get a stretch, but there is still a bit of blood in my penis after edging, this could be dangerous correct? I don't use much force

    2 infrared light on my balls. I heat during my routine with an infrared light and my balls can get very hot. Is this why they are shrunken? Will they go back to normal if I cut this practice? I just now heard this bad

    3 edging to porn. I know porn sucks, i should definetly cut the practice. I havnt had sex at all this week so maybe that's a culprit too.

    I just took a week off about 12 days ago, But I guess I'm going to again unless my condition improves. Better safe then sorry.

    IM VERY NERVOUS ILL LOSE MY (nominal) GAINS. id love so insight or reassurance.

    I haven't read your routine, but the first 2 and 5 can be related to overtraining or just working your unit hard. I'll get those from a marathon hanging session.

    4 is totally your IR heat literally cooking your balls.

    Lots is of people say no to porn and for valid reasons. I edge to porn occasionally and have never had an issue.

    09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
    09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

    Realistic Goals:
    BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

      Thanks man. Yeah I'll be more careful with IR, and have a "scrotal cool down" (my new band name by the way)

      Im going to take a small break and get back on it. So you hang? Have most of your gains been attributed to that? Great results btw

          I'm always careful about heat on the testicles. I remember learning in Biology that the sole reason your testicles are in a sec, exterior to your core body (compared to ovaries in females) is because your natural body heat kills sperm. The exterior sac is to allow cooling and a slightly lower temp.

          The shrunken testicles may be the bodies natural response to the sperm dying, not sure there.
          I'm just here for a healthier dong (and a lot of girth).

            Im one of the few that saw no gains from the JP90, but I also wasn't expecting to, as I looked at it as a conditioning program (much like someone obese starting a running clinic with the goal to do a marathon - they start you off on a conditioning program). The day I was done with JP90 I started hanging with a sock hanger and then with a Captn's Wrench (which I still use). There's so much evidence that hanging works based on native tribes that practice this, so for me it was a no-brainer. I'd like to say ALL my goals have been from hanging, but that would be a lie, as I incorporated a stretching routine, which I'm able to do mid-day at the gym, as we have 14 private shower stalls. But for the most part, yes to hanging.

              Cool, good to hear. Yeah I've been curious about hanging, but seeing as I can't even get though a mild version of JP90 I don't think I'm anywhere near ready for such a thing

                Ellford did JP90 cause many negative PI's? Or possibly you have a tough unit.

                  You edge to porn?
                  A lot of ppl blame porn for PE, but I suspect that my Premature ejaculation is caused by my tense pelvic floor and not porn because guys who can control their ejaculation still watch porn.
                  Is your pelvic floor tight or loose?
                  Can you do a spilt or get close to it?
