My Routine:
1 set of 20 reps of Kegels
1 set of 20 reps of Reverse Kegels
5 second hold per rep for both exercises.
Should I do this twice a day (morning and evening) or once every other day? I'm really confused as to the info available online. Some people say do it every day while others are saying do it once every two days just because the muscle need some time to rest.
