My Routine:
1 set of 20 reps of Kegels
1 set of 20 reps of Reverse Kegels
5 second hold per rep for both exercises.
Should I do this twice a day (morning and evening) or once every other day? I'm really confused as to the info available online. Some people say do it every day while others are saying do it once every two days just because the muscle need some time to rest.
Please advise, thanks!

I personally have been doing 50 reps of both regular and reverse in one session every other day. I may increase the rep range as I progress with my current routine.

BPEL : 5.5"
EG : 5"
Current Size :
BPEL : 6-1/2""
EG : 5-1/2"
Goal Size :
BPEL : 7-1/2"
EG : 6"

I as well do more than you've prescribed daily.
Find what works for you in terms of fatigue of the muscles and that's your baseline. Then, build from there.I'm just here for a healthier dong (and a lot of girth).

I also want to point out that most people are front dominant as they end up doing front Kegels throughout the day, due to stress/nerves. After doing a lot of reading here (mostly from Pegasus), I discovered I was doing this. I'm now consciously aware of when I'm doing it and then relax.
Because of this, I'm very tight and out of balance, but I find it difficult to do a reverse Kegel, as I can't really feel it.Original/Current Stats:
09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"
Realistic Goals:
BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"
