  • Beginner Routine

    Hello all, I've been following this site for a long time but I've never really committed to properly doing PE. I'm looking to change that and I've formulated a beginner routine which I hope is okay and will perhaps help me get some solid gains, however I would appreciate some opinions on it.

    Basic Stretching: 30 secs each direction
    Jelqs: 10 minutes
    Horse Squeezes: 20 reps
    ULIs: 5 reps at 5 seconds

    I am considering adding a warm up, and trying to kegel throughout the day. In addition I am thinking about adding some edging sessions after workouts. Any advice and perhaps improvements upon what I have so far would be greatly appreciated.

    No. If you're not conditioned, go read a conditioning routine.

    Ulis and horse squeezes will break your dick. Go ahead and ruin your primary sexual organ if you wish tho
