  • Pimp My Routine

    Hello all!

    I’m about a month into use of the X4 labs extender and am just now starting to use jelquing and other exercises in addition. I’m excited about PE and would love for suggestions on my routine!

    As of right now, my routine is as follows:

    -2-3 hours in an extender between the final and second to final tension line with circulation breaks every half hour.

    - Traction wrapping during the day with silicone comfort sleeves provided by X4 to prevent turtling

    - JP90-style stretching before I shower as a warm up.

    - 75-150 wet jelqs at around 70-80% EQ while in the shower

    - 5-8 slow jelqs (also called ULI’s I believe)

    Results so far: I definitely have noticed an improvement in girth since I started adding the jelqs and ULIs, which was only a matter of days ago. I think that this is likely just an improvement in capacity for more blood, as I’ve definitely noticed my erections get thicker and longer.

    Any comments or suggestions from long-time users? I’d love any input possible!

    Kegels and Reverse Kegels. Keep your pelvic floor muscles balanced and strong.

    I personally use the XiiB app on my iPhone. The kegel routines cover both regular and reverse.
