I know that PE works i gained myself , and i know that admins says it works and they gained in years . Okay your initial penis size is saying 5.9bpel now after gaining 1.2 cm (0.47") you should be 6.37" post a photo right now with measuring and i will take back everything and i will post my photo of gaining 0.2 on my NBPEL . And make sure you put your ruler as much as possible to your gut .

Manual works...over 2 years in and gained 1.5 inches...also give helicopter twirls a spin ( pun intended)
I also take l-argenine from time to time for a nice plump looking dickI came here for the EQ, but I stayed for PE

This is precisely why I got into hanging. I actually researched it a bunch while I was doing the JP90, as I wanted to do advanced exercises, but I didn't know what. For hundreds of years, there have been aboriginal tribes that have lengthened their penises over time through hanging, so I decided on that, as its proven.
I do give myself a break from hanging every few months and I'll do a few weeks of stretching. The stretches are performed in each direction for a hold time of 20-30 seconds (20 if beginner) and 1 set is all directions - I'll do 3 sets with a 2-5 min break between sets. My stretching routine looks like:
Stretch BTC to the left
Stretch BTC straight back
Stretch BTC to the right
Stretch down and to the left
Stretch straight down
Stretch down and to the right
Stretch to the left
Stretch straight out
Stretch to the right
Stretch up and to the left
Stretch straight up
Stretch up and to the right
Rest
Anyone can do that routine (beginner or advanced), but a beginner would want more rest time and only do this 3 times per week, increasing to 4 after 3 weeks, then 5 after 6 weeks. An advanced PE'er would use this to accompany or compliment additional training like hanging, pumping, or extending.
I find this works the penis at all angles and although LOT has been disproven, I do believe there's some merit to it or at least to working the penis at all angles.Original/Current Stats:

Does anyone know how many rest days per week is necessary for a beginner, given a total of 10 minutes of basic stretching a day (5 mins in the morning and 5 mins in the evening)?

Hey Rob,
I managed to gain something (see my signature) and it was pretty much all thanks to manual PE. Yes, I did some hanging, pumping, clamping here and there, but I stretch mainly.
If I were you I would reconsider not jelqing. You can do just 5 mins of light jelqing a day (nothing to lose there). The reason I say this is because light jelqing has always helped my EQ. Stretching usually lowers EQ. I think these two exercises go nicely together.
You can go with 2 or 3 rest days a week, just listen to your body (penis). Any pain - just stop immediately and take a break for a few days and then start more easy.
Also 10 minutes of stretching a day won't do any miracles. While it may be a good idea to start with 10 minutes a day, you should gradually go up to 30+ minutes a day to see some reasonable results (especially after exhausting newbie gains). You also mentioned something about 3 cm in six months. IMHO this is not realistic for 99% of people. Just telling you so you don't have high hopes and don't quit too soon.01.Dec13 BPEL 6.22 MEG 5.1
