Pretty much everything I've gained thus far has come from manual stretching. Approx 1-1.25" length erect and about 1.5" flaccid.
Original/Current Stats:
2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
2019-03-16: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"
Goals:
Realistic: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" MEG 5.5"
Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75"
Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

Thanks Petr. I think I'll just try the stretching for a few months and see what happens, if anything at all. The 3 cm was the upper-level stretched gain from 6 months with an extender, according to a couple of published studies. The lower-level was at around just above 1 cm, I think. To be honest, I'm a sceptical kinda guy and my expectations are zero at this stage - I'd be amazed if I even gained even a third of an inch.
If you don't mind me asking, roughly how old were you in 2013? I just wonder whether any of those gains in your signature could have been due to puberty. Feel free not to answer though, if it's too personal

I first started PE when I was turning 28 (at the end of 2013).
Ok I missed the gains were from extending.
Btw I was also skeptic. I was convinced I would not gain when I started. Just try to stick with some routine for 3 months at least. But if you are seeking bigger and permanent gains, you will need to stick with PE rather for years.. But who knows maybe you will be one of the lucky fast gainers.. At just 10 minutes a day I'd be surprised if you gained that much. I think between .25 and .5" would be more realistic. You aren't really putting much time and tension at that rate. I'd shoot for 15-20 minutes minimum and even consider twice a day to see those results.

Thanks a lot for the input. That does make sense. I think I'll err on the side of caution for the first 6 weeks or so, and then maybe step it up depending on how I've responded (ie if I've noticed any negative side effects).
Do you happen to have any information on what 'cooling down' consists of? I've been doing some searching but I'm still a bit confused as to what I should be doing at the end of my exercise.Last edited by Rob938984; 01-03-2019 at 06:40 PM.

Hey dude. I understand your paranoia and google can scare you. If your serious about gaining though, do JP90. Its designed specifically as a safe routine for the novice PEer. It will condition you and a lot of people make solid gains after 3 or 6 months. Once you plateu, you can begin the jelq free routine and/or time in an extender. As long as you dont erect-jelq you'll be fine. After 90 days of JP90 you'll have a very good feel for your limits and capabilities

So after around 2 weeks of stretching, around 4-5 days a week (up to 10 mins, usually in the morning after a warm shower), my flaccid length seems to have increased. I'm pretty sure I'm not seeing things - it's dangling down in a way, and on a consistent basis for the past couple of days, that I don't think I've seen before.
EQ seems normal and morning wood is strong and sometimes very strong, although I'm not sure if this is a new development, since I didn't really pay any attention to morning erections prior to this regimen.
No measurable difference in bpel based on my measurement yesterday morning.
