I've been very inconsistently attempting PE for 2 years now. No length/girth gains, but my EQ has improved massively.
My issue I guess is I can't really do any of the exercises. Attempting to follow JP90 fails because I can't do the stretches (grip in the OK position, then pull left, right, up, down, outwards then diagonally in four directions). Any time I attempt this stretch while pulling back my foreskin to expose the head, it fails (I am uncircumcised). I just can't grip. I tried baby powder or using a small thin towel, but nothing works. No grip. What I can do is leave the skin over the head, grip tightly just below the head and stretch that way. I guess the lack of gains speaks for itself and is telling me I am not getting a good stretch this way? I can only hold this for around 10 deep breaths before the skin starts to slip and my fingers slide over the head. Interestingly, I have a very tight pelvic floor. When I do this stretch, I DO feel quite a stretch at the base of my penis. This might not have helped with any gains, but since starting these stretches (I finish all directions in about 10 mins - each stretch is held for around 10 deep breaths) I've gone from unable to get fully hard consistently to a pretty good EQ.
Jelqs, impossible too. While my EQ has improved, I've noticed without masturbation, my hardness can go away within seconds. This makes it really hard to do Jelqs because no matter what percentage hardness I am at, unless I am constantly masturbating my hardness will drop to 0 in seconds. A replacement I have found is putting on a rubber cockring and masturbating very slowly and gently. This keeps me hard and in turn, the cockring keeps me engorged with a ton of blood. I do this for 10 mins and the results are great. My EQ and hardness spike rapidly - although I've only been doing this for 2 weeks now.
I want to start training consistently after a month or two of doing more light cardio and yoga to sort out my tight pelvic floor. I never train two days in a row. It's always, train and a full day of rest. I can't remember how consistently I have stretched for though... which speaks for itself. Can anyone advise on some pointers?
1. Is there a better way I can be doing these stretches for length gains?
2. Any advice on how quickly my hardness fades away? Can I do any exercises to train myself to stay hard for longer? The above I am doing has helped my EQ massively.
