So just go over your goals with this so all is clear.
So if the goal is stamina . Tolerence for edging grows rapidly however pe is a complicating factor as total workload has to be taken into account .
There are a variety of different methodologies that can be used for stamina increase . For instance there is the area of deathgrip and it' variants , a whole variety of stop/start styles ,plateau edging and a host of kegel and rk styles geting into the area of mmo . I suppose mmo can be regarded as a stamina increase method and there is great scope for skill within it.
