    Just started my first beginner JP Routine today, lemme start by saying I warmed up correctly, did my shakes and stretches, then when it came to wet jelqing, I lubed up, but I was flaccid the whole time. I still managed to get 150 flaccid wet jelqs in, but skipped the V Jelqs entirely out of frustration. Now I'm sitting here warming up not knowing how I'm gonna get thru this. I don't know if it's mental or what, but I know I am able to get hard when I watch porn or have sex, so I don't know what my problem is. I am a 36 year old man so my age might be a slight factor in it. Has anyone ever had similar experiences? If so please tell me how you got through it, need help asap.

    I typically don't get erect when I jelq. But, I can tell that blood is going through there because it's getting plumped and my flaccid hangs more. I wouldn't be too concerned with it. Just keep jelqing. That's if you're main goal from jelqs is length.

    One thing you can try: make an overhand grip at the base of your penis and give it a little squeeze. While you're doing that, push your grip into your fat pad and then kegel. Doing that a couple times gets more blood in there for me. Just remember to do a couple reverse kegels afterwards (while you're jelqing is fine) so you don't get your pelvic floor out of balance.

      Thanks Tank, 2 things real quick, as I am a newbie and am unfamiliar with some of the terms. 1, what is a reverse kegel? And 2, what is pelvic floor?

        Its cool if your jelqing near flaccid. You can watch porn while you jelq as long as you don't get too erect. Proper helicopter shakes should give you a 30-40% EQ though. Also try masterbating less and definitely not anytime in the day before your routine.
