So, a month ago, i joined this wonderful community and has determined to experience my own PE Journey. I was skeptical back then, wouldn't believe in something unless i see it or experience it. These PE methods, journey, knowledge, and GAINS, ALL OF THEM ARE REAL AND WILL ALWAYS BE REAL. So, these are the details that i want to share with you:
1. I'm still using JP90 Routine with some adjustment, so for the first 2 weeks, i was following each reps and intensity, and also warming duration exactly like the JP90 routine. Then, because i didn't experience any Negative PI or whatsoever, i increase the intensity a bit. The original was 150 jelq and 90 v-jelq, now i do 180 jelq and 150 v-jelq (both from total of 3 sets), Also, followed by i guess 100-150 of kegels and reverse kegels as well (together with stretching). I jelq in 5 directions (up, down, left, right, and out) and 4 directions for the v-jelq (down, left, right, up). Is there something wrong with my current practice? i need some advice or approval (i never experience any negative PIs fortunately)
2. My EQ has rocketed and my penis felt so full and heavy, thanks to this PE commitment. I also have stopped watching porn for almost 3 weeks now, also, thanks to the PE commitment (and the thought of the important of my sperm to make my dick bigger LOL). Porn is bad , so for people that struggling with it, ask help and commit yourself to become a better person, we got your back by the way
3. I think i got some gains. So, my first inital BPEL was 14.9, almost 15 cm. Now, my BPEL has reached to 15.4 or 15.5 cm. Do you think this is normal? or maybe my mind was playing tricks on me? i'm afraid that i had done some mistakes during the measurement. FYI, i measure my dick in a standing position, and i'm pretty sure it was hard for my dick to reach 15.3 cm, even though i have pushed it far against my fat, kinda hurt tbh. For the girth, i definitely got 0.2 cm of gains
So, after reading that, is there any advices that you guys can spare me some? any suggestions or critics will be ultimately accepted. Thanks for the time guys, God bless!
