JP90 is the way to go. If your into bodybuilding, then you understand the focus quality lifts vs reps. Kindof like slowing down curls for full activation of muscle and pump. The jelqs need to be the same. Don't just focus on completing the recommended rep range. Instead focus on "time under tension" and really feeling the quality of the jelq.

As you're avoiding pornography, I would also recommend abstaining from ejaculation/masterbation as much as possible. Especially after jelq sessions. Do not ejac after a session.
