  • When to take a break

    I’ve been doing exercises from JP90 and other beginner routines since mid-November with out a rest period. I have had no injuries, and my EQ has been good. I started with 2 on 1 off then switched to 5-1 fairly quickly. I’ve gained about 3/8” in length and 0.2” in girth.

    Should I rest only when my PI’s take a hit, or only based on number of days training?

    I think as long as you are progressing and your PI's are good that means your recovery is good and you shoud not take a break. Of couse you can have one or two weeks off every six months as a decon but as long as you are feeling good and recovering just keep working out. That is what I do. I Have not taken a break in 4 or 5 months (been doing PE for 7).

    Apr 1°, 2019 - Current: 18.6 cm (7.32’) BPEL and 13.8 cm (5.43’) MEG
    Final Goal: 21 cm (8.26') BPEL and 15.5 cm (6.1') MEG
