I’ve been doing exercises from JP90 and other beginner routines since mid-November with out a rest period. I have had no injuries, and my EQ has been good. I started with 2 on 1 off then switched to 5-1 fairly quickly. I’ve gained about 3/8” in length and 0.2” in girth.
Should I rest only when my PI’s take a hit, or only based on number of days training?
